Licences and use:
Hikanoos will send you one copy on the medium you selected, plus documentation and a licence certificate. The licence certificate states the number of copies you are authorised to install plus the corresponding serial numbers. Per licence / serial number a single copy may be installed. The licence certificate also includes a Master Key, the Software Licence Authorisation Key that can be used as Master for the installation on all computers a licence has been purchased for. The licence certificate and the Hikanoos end user agreement delivered together with the software together make up the licence agreement with Hikanoos. The licence certificate itself is also your proof of purchase and basically is valid world wide.
Enter the required number of licences on this form and indicate the desired version. The minimum information we need from you for completing the licence agreement is: name, telephone number, full shipping address of the end user and for the technical support through our helpdesk: name of the technical contact, address, e-mail and telephone number. If required the name, address and telephone number of your contact must be completed for billing purposes. The institute shall be responsible for appointing a single individual who will be responsible for the management and distribution of the software licences at the educational institution and who will make sure that the software licences are used only on computers that are the property of, are supervised by or made available for the educational institution.
When the software licence agreement with Hikanoos is dissolved, the educational institution will destroy all existing copies of the media and remove all versions of the licensed software from the computer systems of the educational institution. |
